More Fats snacks keeping the blood sugar level and hydration

I agree that living your life in abundance and eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables is the way to optimize the health.  However this carb thing really has to be commented on.  Stuffing your face with fruit may not actually be quite right for the body and there is sufficient evidence to support this. Eating abundantly is obviously good, eating until you feel full (especially when it is au natural).  However, stuffing your face with fruit may actually pose a health problem.

I have found that optimal health can be obtained when you have taken in the right fats. Therefore, it has to be mentioned here that the right fats have to be eaten to optimize endurance.  Eating an avocado (or two) everyday is one good way to have an excellent intake of fats.

I also recommend coconut oil; hemp oil; almond butter and olive oil which can be added to salads; smoothies and snacks. Some (hemp oil) have an acquired taste and may not be to your liking, however, you may find that all of these oils are far superior to your regular cooking oil (not that we want to do that now do we?! -

Keeping the blood sugar level

Recognizing that most peoples blood sugar needs attention; regular low glycemic snacks can help us journey through the day and feel at our fullest when we address the blood sugar level.

Snacking on low glycemic foods may help, but also small meals with plenty of avocado can help you to boost your energy.  Ideally supplementing with chlorella/ marinephytoplankton/ bee pollen can help.

Hydration

Often we misinterpret hunger for thirst and it is important to realize that we are more liquid beings than solid food eaters.  Therefore, we need to drink at least 2 litres of excellent (preferably spring) water a day in order to keep the body functioning optimally.
