Clever Foods for Work
Eating in public is quite an awakening experience as I can see a lot of microwave use. I gave up on microwaves in the 90s. Microwaving food alters the molecular structure of the food and pretty much destroys it altogether however people still seem to keep alive on the stuff.

Live raw foods keeps my energy levels high during the day therefore lunch is salad! As boring as this may seem it hydrates your colon; gives you energy and keeps you from feeling sluggish. I also drink lots of water throughout the day.
When the work is done, I do eat cooked food usually potatoes; rice; cooked veges and maybe some fruit. In general keeping the food as live as possible is a must (vegan food of course).
I am not a fan of microwaves; packaged meals or wheat. So for lunch it has to be pre-made by myself. This way, I can see exactly what I am eating; where it was made and what is in it. Eating raw food throughout the day suits me much more than eating cooked (maybe a cooked meal later in the evening is okay so long as it is not so late that it cannot digest).
So eat fresh raw foods during the day and after a week you will see your skin start to glow; more optimum digestion and more energy!
